Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: The company must be notified 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. The option offered for canceling an appointment is to reschedule the reservation to a new date. 3. Late Payment and Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, 100% of the reserved service will be charged. A full refund will be issued if the company cancels the appointment. 4. Vouchers and Validity: Vouchers purchased are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted and are non-refundable or transferable. 5. On-Time Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to get the most out of your experience. 6. Modifications and Adjustments: Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to make modifications to reservations in exceptional cases, with as much advance notice as possible. 7.
