Booking Conditions

1. Reservations and Confirmations:

 

All reservations must be made through our online booking system or via WhatsApp.

 

Payment for services must be made in advance.

 

The reservation is considered confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from Japanese Head Spa with complete reservation details.

 

2. Cancellations:

The company must be notified 24 hours in advance.

 

The option offered in case of cancellation is to reschedule the appointment for a new date and time.

 

3. Late Payment and Cancellation Policy:

If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the cost of the reserved service will be charged.

 

4. Gift Certificates and Validity:

Gift certificates purchased are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

 

Expired gift certificates will not be accepted and are non-refundable.

 

5. Punctual Arrival:

 

We recommend arriving on time for your scheduled appointment so you can fully enjoy the experience. If you arrive late, the treatment time will need to be adjusted and may be reduced to accommodate subsequent appointments.

 

6. Modifications and Adjustments:

Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to make changes to reservations in exceptional cases, notifying the client as far in advance as possible.

 

7. Informed Consent:

It is necessary to accept and sign the informed consent form in order to receive the treatment. If you refuse to sign it, the treatment will not be performed and no refund will be issued.
