The treatment begins with a sensory awakening that prepares the body and mind to disconnect, followed by a body massage with matcha oil, known for its antioxidant and purifying properties. Next, a Matcha Detox body wrap is performed, promoting drainage, toxin elimination, and skin renewal. The ritual concludes with a deep sealing and hydration treatment, leaving the skin softer, more radiant, and revitalized, while achieving a state of profound relaxation.
Cancellation Policy
At Japanese Head Spa, we value your time and commitment to your well-being. To ensure an optimal experience for all our clients, we have established the following reservation policy: 1. Reservations and Confirmations: All reservations must be made through our online booking system or via WhatsApp. The reservation is considered confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from Japanese Head Spa with complete reservation details. 2. Cancellations: The company must be notified 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. The option offered for canceling an appointment is to reschedule the reservation to a new date. 3. Late Payment and Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, 100% of the reserved service will be charged. A full refund will be issued if the company cancels the appointment. 4. Vouchers and Validity: Vouchers purchased are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted and are non-refundable or transferable. 5. On-Time Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to get the most out of your experience. 6. Modifications and Adjustments: Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to make modifications to reservations in exceptional cases, with as much advance notice as possible. 7.
