Service Description
A treatment specially created to care for children's scalp and hair, inspired by the beauty and gentleness of Japanese rituals. It begins with a gentle, relaxing massage from the scalp to the chest, which relieves tension and naturally stimulates circulation. Techniques adapted for young children are used to promote healthy hair growth. The experience is completed with a gentle mini facial and a head spa with water jets. We use natural and safe Suavinex products, designed for children's sensitive skin, which nourish and refresh. It ends with a careful drying and a complimentary beverage, leaving a feeling of freshness, calm, and well-being. Please note that the total service time is 40 minutes in the treatment room, including drying. *It is necessary to check for cases of head lice prior to the service, as it cannot be performed if there are any.
Cancellation Policy
At Japanese Head Spa, we value your time and commitment to your well-being. To ensure an optimal experience for all our clients, we have established the following reservation policy: 1. Reservations and Confirmations: All reservations must be made through our online booking system or via WhatsApp. The reservation is considered confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from Japanese Head Spa with complete reservation details. 2. Cancellations: The company must be notified 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. The option offered for canceling an appointment is to reschedule the reservation to a new date. 3. Late Payment and Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, 100% of the reserved service will be charged. A full refund will be issued if the company cancels the appointment. 4. Vouchers and Validity: Vouchers purchased are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted and are non-refundable or transferable. 5. On-Time Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to get the most out of your experience. 6. Modifications and Adjustments: Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to make modifications to reservations in exceptional cases, with as much advance notice as possible. 7.
