LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY
“Valentine’s Day – Japanese Head Spa Marbella x Alabardero Beach Marbella”

1. ORGANIZERS
This giveaway is organized by Japanese Head Spa Marbella and Alabardero Beach Marbella, both entities with official Instagram profiles.

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND PARTICIPANTS
The giveaway is open to individuals over 18 years of age, residing in Spain, who participate through Instagram and meet all the requirements established in these terms and conditions.

3. GIVEAWAY DURATION
The giveaway will run from February 6 at 14:00 until February 13 at 10:00.

The winner will be announced on February 13 at approximately 12:00 via the organizers’ official profiles.

4. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
To participate in the giveaway, all of the following requirements must be met:

Follow the Instagram accounts @japaneseheadspamarbella and @alabarderobeachmarbella
Like the giveaway reel
Tag one or more people in the comments (unlimited entries are allowed as long as real individuals are tagged)

5. PRIZE
The giveaway includes:

Two (2) Essential Head Spa treatments, to be enjoyed in separate cabins at Japanese Head Spa Marbella
One (1) dinner for two people

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

6. CONDITIONS FOR REDEEMING THE PRIZE

The treatments at Japanese Head Spa Marbella must be booked in advance and are subject to the center’s availability.
The prize provided by Alabardero must be arranged by the winners several days in advance and is subject to the restaurant’s availability.
The prize can be redeemed until April 1, 2026, subject to the restaurant’s availability.
It is not valid on public holidays or the days preceding them and is subject to availability.
The prize is non-extendable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
The organization of the giveaway and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.

7. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected randomly from all participants who correctly meet the requirements.

The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If there is no response within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

8. LIABILITY
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway, nor is it associated with it.

The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway for justified reasons.
